Auto Tips
The auto repair business is similar to other business in that we have good honest business people and sadly we have bad dishonest business people. The biggest difference is that you spend a lot of money on the repair and maintenance of your vehicle. Find a shop that will take the time to explain the care your vehicle needs and some options you may have on making repairs now and in the future. The better understanding you have about what makes your vehicle tic, the better you can make a educated decision on what repairs you need. Diagnosing the problems and discussing the options so you can make the final call on what you would like us to do, we understand your time and money is very important and we want to help you utilize it in the most productive way.
If you have had, or in the middle of, a bad experience with a repair shop try and work it out with the shop. Give the shop a chance to correct your concern, we are human and sometimes we all make a honest mistake. Present your concern to the shop and ask them to make it right. Consult with a un-bias professional, but give the shop a chance to correct it, remember most shops want to do-it-right the first time. If that doesn't work you can call the state and start an official complaint. I think it would be safe to say that the shop owner and you would not like to take the problem to the state. Both parties need to be objective, and most of all honest with each other while keeping in mind your final goal should be working out a good solution for both.
